If you’ve ever wanted to really know your Hermès scarf, not just the name, but the season it debuted, what inspired its design, and what else was happening in the Hermès world at the time, pairing it with the original Le Monde d’Hermès magazine or seasonal scarf booklet is the key. These publications are the ultimate reference guides, often filled with release colors, theme details, and insight you simply can’t find online.

Over the years, I’ve fallen in love with collecting these ephemeral little gems. They give your scarf a sense of provenance and help you understand it in context, not just as a beautiful accessory, but as part of a moment in Hermès history.

Recently, one of my consignors, a longtime collector, offered to pass along her personal library of Hermès publications. I’m so excited to share them with you. Starting now, I’ll be pairing select issues with scarves in my shop whenever possible.

A few of these issues reference scarves from the upcoming May 28th restock, past drops, and even a few from my own collection I’d never been able to date, until I spotted them in these pages.

Subscribe for a first look at some scarves and books in the upcoming May 28th Restock and some past favorites too.
